1. Please ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS as completely as possible.
2. Type in your ACTUAL NAME, not a screen name
or email name.
To serve you properly, we
need to know who you actually are.

Include specific CONTACT information as requested, so we can reach you.
4. Click on the ARROW when shown, and select from the drop-down list.
5. Review your answers to make sure they are complete and correct
6. When done, click SUBMIT.
Note: If the class you signed up for is already
full, you will
receive
a note telling you when the next one is scheduled.
This form allows you to register for only
one class at a time. So, if you plan on taking more than one, please make a
note of that in the Comments box, and then fill out and submit individual forms
for each of the other classes.
After completion
and submission of your Registration Form, please go to the Payment page to complete your registration.
All class fees must be paid
in full prior to class start date.
