The Hollywood Reporter
One of the two most influential daily trade papers in the entertainment industry. Covers current events, like the WGA strike, deals made, people changing positions, business data, new projects, and a range of other information. Of the two (Variety being the other), I happen to prefer THR, but it's really a matter of taste. Not cheap, but essential if you're going to follow what's going on inside the business.
Best way to check it out is to sign up for free partial daily editions online.
